Biography

Frank was born in 1876. He was the son of Frank Sobey and Elizabeth Monteith. He married Lena Couch in 1906 and together they had one son. He worked for the US Forest Service and built the original Devil's Head Ranger Station. After that he owned a garage and then a ranch. He passed away in 1959.
