Biography

Son of Peleg Smith and Barbara Shillington. This great Uncle was a nice man and vaguely recall him. His mother was a Shellinton who was a UNITED EMPIRE LOYALIST. . Apparetntly he kept a journal and recorded the daily temperatures. His wife and him were very close and recall him dying and her family putting her in a home in Winnipeg. We went a few times to see her when my grandmother Smith came to the city as I took her to see her sister.
