Biography

Birth date estimated based on marriage date. Hannah was the daughter of Nathaniel and Elizabeth Smith, who were received into the First Congregational Church of Hopkinton on September 10, 1731, by letter from Ipswich church. [1][2]

Coat-12 Veronica (Coat) Williams
It could be a co incidence but I just left a note on Carpenter-4528 when I came across this profile name when pursuing the GFR list. Another known family name from mainly Leicestershire but some in Hampshire England similiar to Keziah (Carpenter) Claflin. This Hannah b bef 1721. No likely link found yet. Both marrying Claflins seems too remarkable a coincidence but it is a common name. There are Claplins in kegworth Leicestershire by early 1800s
