Harlow was born 8 October 1853, in Ashburnham, Massachusetts. He is the son of Andrew Smith and Maria Savage. [1] Harlow died 11 months later, on 1 October 1854. He is buried in New Cemetery in Ashburnham, Worcester County, Massachusetts.[2]
