Biography

Geraldine Helen Slusser was born on September 21, 1921, in Windsor, Ontario. She was the daughter of Walter and Helen (Bensette) Slusser. She married Francis X Norzinskay North on September 28, 1940, in Pontiac, Michigan. They had two children during their marriage. She died on March 7, 2011, in Livonia, Michigan, at the age of 89, and was buried in Southfield, Michigan.

Beloved wife of the late Francis "Chuck" (d. 2002); loving mother of Gerald (Joyce) and Ronald (Karen); dear sister of Marie (Frank) Barber, Helen Saxton and June (Bob) Hunt; cherished grandmother of 6, great grandmother of 19, and great great grandmother of 2.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by 8 siblings.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday from 2-9 PM.

A Funeral service is planned for Thursday, March 10th, 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. The Reverend Thomas Belczak will officiate the ceremony.

Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre, Cemetery, Southfield.
