Eliphel was born on 26 Sep 1728.^[1] She was the daughter of Eleazer and Deborah Slocum of Dartmouth.^[1][2]

She married Benjamin Allen, son of Benjamin and Deborah Allen of Dartmouth 12d 3m 1748 [12 May 1748].^[2]
