Biography
Rebecca Singer was born October 13, 1804 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She married widower, Isaac Collins, in 1835. They had three noted children and Isaac had ten with his first wife. Rebecca passed away April 30, 1892 in New York and was buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
