Biography

Sarah (Shuck) Bebb is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Rockford, Illinois.

Sarah was born in 1803. She was the daughter of Michael Shuck and Elizabeth Wilkins.

Sarah was a teacher at North Bend, Ohio when she met and married William Bebb on 16 Oct 1824 at Butler County, Ohio.^[1]

William was Governor of Ohio from 1846 to 1849.

In 1850 they lived in Fairfield, Ohio where he practiced law. ^[2]

After he retired they lived in Rockford, Illinois. ^[3]

Sarah died in Rockford in 1892. ^[4][5]
