Frank French Shouse was born on 15 September 1890 in Henry County, Kentucky, United States, son of William Thomas Shouse (1848–1937) and Nancy VanMeter (French) Shouse (1868–1912).^[1]

Frank married Lydia S (Fawcett) Shouse.

Frank died on 16 November 1986 in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky, aged 96. He was buried in Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.^{[1] [2] [3] [4]}
