Biography
Donald was born in 1917 in Timiskaming, Ontario, Canada. He was the son of Wesley Eli Shortt (1886-abt.1948) and Mildred Eveline (Richards) Shortt (1894-abt.1943).
In 1921 Donald (age 4) was living with his father West (age 35, farmer), mother Mildred (age 28) and siblings Gracie (age 8), Mabel (age 6), and Olive (age 1) in Evanturel, Temiskaming, Ontario, Canada.[1]
Donald Shortt married Clara Leona Jenkinson.
He passed away (age 69-70) in 1987.[2] Donald was mentioned on a memorial in Englehart Cemetery, Englehart, Timiskaming District, Ontario, Canada with a death date of 1987.[3]
