Biography

Clement SHORT was born calculated 1640 married Faith MUNT on 21 Nov 1660. Of Boston in 1660. Married to Faith Munt November 21, 1660 by Gov John Endecott.

Clement and Faith had 10 children. Moved near Kittery, Maine then part of Massachusetts.

Clement and his wife and three of their children were killed in the Salmon Falls Massacre on March 18, 1689/90 during the French Indian War.

His son Thomas Short, of Boston, was granted administration of the estate on 2 November 1705. His inventory was recorded also on 2 November 1705.[1]
