Biography
Robert Shippen, son of William Shippen was baptised on 21 July 1675. [1]
On 17 October 1710 at theTemple CHurch in London he married Frances Clarke, [2] daughter of Richard Legh and his wife, Elizabeth Chicheley, and widow of Gilbert Clarke and previously, Robert Tatton.
On 26 July 1712 Robert performed the ceremony that united in marriage his brother, William Shippen to Frances Stote. [3]
Robert passed away in 1745.
