In 1782, she is mentioned in her father's will as the wife of James Wakeley.

Her death notice reads, "At Huntington, Mrs. Eunice Wakelee, 84."^[1]

Her will is dated 27 March 1824 and proved on 3 January 1826 in Stratford. She mentions her children, Josiah S. Wakelee, James Wakelee, Daniel Wakelee, Gideon Wakelee, and Elijah Wakelee, and her two daughters, Betsey Lewis, wife of Daniel Lewis, and Sally Nichols, wife of Lemuel Nichols.^[2] {Research Note: These are the same children named in James Wakelee's will}

Her inventory was completed on 18 January 1826 in Huntington.^[3]

In 1826, her estate distribution was set out to James Wakeley, Daniel Wakeley, Gideon Wakeley, Elijah Wakeley, Josiah S. Wakeley, Betsey Lewis, wife of Daniel Lewis, and Sally Nichols, wife of Lemuel Nichols.^[4]
