Lucy was born in Congleton, Cheshire on 1 January 1887, the daughter of Shaw and Johnson.^[1][2][3]

Lucy married Arthur James Yearsley in the district of Congleton, Cheshire in 1914.^[4]

At the time of the 1939 Register, Arthur and Lucy were at Crewe, Cheshire. ^[2]

Lucy passed away at Crewe in 1971.^[3]
