Biography

Born on November 15th, 1870 to Franklin and Mary Senter^[1]. Walter was the second husband of Gertrude Frances Stevens. Walter and Gertrude were married on September 22nd, 1889^[2]. They had many children and remained married until his death on March 30th, 1938.^[3]
