Biography

May 11, 1767, Zilpha Sellars married her cousin, Samuel Sellars, Zilpha's father was also named Samuel Sellars. The marriage was in Duplin County, North Carolina, with the marriage bond signed by JESSE X SELLARS and Absolem x Mettit; witness was James Sampson.

Zilpha is not mentioned in her husband's will, which was drafted August 29, 1794, and it's assumed she died before this date. Zilpha was still living at the time of her father's will in 1784.
