Tilman Seabury was born 2 May 1755, died 8 Apr 1823, son of John Seabury and Mary Manchester; married Cornelia Kipp as per his father's DAR record.
Marriage: 27 Feb 1778 Tilman Seabury to Catharine Kip at New Hackensack, New York. Both of Poughkeepsie. [1]
Cornelia Catherine Kip born / bapt. 28 May 1758 Dutchess County, New York, a daughter of Jakob Kip and Elizabet Freer. Wits Abraham Kip and Johanna Freer, y.d. [2] Refers to Jacob Kip(p) 1722– and Elizabeth Freer 1736–.
Rejected Pension on Rev War service: Name Catharine Seabury, widow of Tilman Location Poughkeepsie, Dutchess. Reason: Name not on the rolls for but a few days--no proof of six months' service. [3]
