Funeral services for Frank Philip Scrivener, who died Tuesday at his home in Upper Marlboro, were held on Thursday at St Mary's Catholic Church, Upper Marlboro. Burial was in New Cathedral Cemetery, Baltimore. Mr. Scrivener, who was 75 years of age. had been a semi-invalid for a number of years. He was the son of the late William B. Scrivener and Mrs. Sally Jane Barber Scrivener. Born and reared at Holly Hill in Anne Arundel county, home of the family for over a hundred years, he moved to Baltimore forty years ago. After retiring from business because of ill health, Mr. Scrivener moved to Upper Marlboro about twelve years ago. He is survived by his wife, Louise Gwynn Scrivener; a son, Frank Scrivener, Jr.; five grandsons, one granddaughter, three brothers and four sisters, all of Baltimore.
