Biography

Mary was born in 1801 in Bognor, Sussex, England. She was the youngest child of Richard Scott and Laetitia Camac.

She married Frederick Octavius Wells in Uttar Pradesh, India in 1827.^[1] They had 9 known children:

In 1847 her husband passed away, and sometime after that she returned to England with her children. By 1851 they were living at Brunswick Place in Hove, Sussex.^[11]

She passed away in 1856 in Kensington, London.
