Joseph Jr. was born about 1838 to Joseph Schneider and Augusta Boschert.
He married Mena about 1859. She died before 1880. He married Margareth Dietzen, (previously married to Charles Arvin) 20 Jan 1880, she never had children. Arvin is not her maiden name.
