Biography

Celestine Scherrer

She was born February 8, 1854 and is the daughter of Matthias Scherrer and Catherine Hergott.

Celestine married Emile Fallecker June 23, 1873 in France. After arriving in the United States, they made their home in Westmoreland County and Fayette County, Pennsylvania until his death April 5, 1896. Together they raised eight children; Emil Joseph Fallecker, Mary Fallecker, Catherine Fallecker, Eugenia A 'Jennie' Fallecker, August Charles Fallecker, John George Fallecker, Clara Fallecker and Joseph David Fallecker. Celestine died December 5, 1899.
