Per his father's obituary, he was deceased before 1910 (only 5 of the 7 children were still living and he was not listed).
An Andrew Schamp is found as having died in Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio on 12 May 1889. I beleive this is the same Andrew Schamp even though the birth year differs by 2 years.
