Biography

When Charles Wesley Salmans was born on October 23, 1867, in Charleston, Illinois, his father, John, was 36 and his mother, Rebecca, was 34. He married Lillian May Carder on October 26, 1887, in Larned, Kansas. They had five children during their marriage. He died on April 2, 1918, in Neosho, Missouri, at the age of 50, and was buried in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
