Biography
Frederick Charles Saggers's birth was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1878 in the Barrow in Furness district.[1] He was the son of George W. Saggers and Elizabeth Perry. On their immigration records George is listed as being a native of America and Elizabeth of Staffordshire, England.
Frederick Saggers arrived in Australia on 3 Feb 1884 aboard the S.S. Abergeldie with parents and 1 sibling. [2] He is listed as being five years old and a native of Lancashire, England.
He married Edith Gordon in 1909. [3]
