Biography

Mary Louisa Rushworth was born 19 Aug 1752 and baptised 2 Sep 1752 at St James, Clerkenwell. She was the daughter of Thomas Rushworth and Elizabeth. ^[1]

She was mentioned in the Will of her brother Thomas Rushworth dated 1791.

In 1803, she was living at 65 Chiswell St with her sisters Betsey and Frances.^[2] In 1811, she was living at 25 Red Lion Street Clerkenwell with her sister Frances.^[3]

She was buried 9 Oct 1837 at Bunhill Fields. ^{[4] [5]}

In her Will, dated 16 Apr 1833, Mary Louisa Rushworth of Red lion Street Clerkenwell, Middlesex, Spinster, requested to be buried near her blood relations in the Bunhill Fields burial ground. She also mentioned Richard Griffiths of Little Queen street Holborne, Middlesex and Joshua Reeves of Reeves Place, Hoxton, Middlesex, Apothecary. She also mentioned a large number of her friends. She mentioned the poor of the Barbican Chapel. Probate 9 October 1837. ^[6]
