Biography

Lawrence was born in 1857. He was the son of John Romney and Eliza Orde.

He was christened in Colton on 28 November that year.^[1]

In 1861, he was with his family in Colton.^[2]

In 1881, he was living on a private income in Colton.^[3]

In 1891, he was living with his uncle George in Kirthwaite and working as a private tutor.^[4]

In 1902, he married Margaret Louisa Patterson in London.^[5]

He died in 1932.^[6][7]
