Biography
Percy was born in 1886. He was the son of James Frank Roe (1861–1893) and Louisa Archer (1864–1913). His brother was Floyd Clifford Roe (1889–1968). He passed away in 1953.
He married Lina L. Finch in 1906 in Greene County, New York. Their children were Eleanor M. (Roe) Hughes (1910–197), J. Frank Roe (1914–1939) and Sherwood Roe (1917–1944).
Percy served in the U.S.Army in New York as Cook, CO E, 51 Pioneer Inf during World War 1.
Percy passed away on November 22, 1953 in Catskill, Greene, New York followed with burial at the Catskill Village Cemetery in Catskill, Greene County, New York.
