Biography

Charlotte was baptised on 15 January 1792 in Shorthampton, Oxfordshire. She was the daughter of Thomas Robinson and Mary Gee. ^[1]

Samuel Hand[s], bachelor, and Charlotte Robinson, spinster, both of the parish, were married at Shorthampton chapel on 28 June 1819. The witnesses were called George Baskett and Rosetta Robinson. ^[2]

Her husband Samuel died in 1826.

Thomas Grimmett, bachelor, and Charlotte Hands, widow, birth of the parish, were married at Shorthampton chapel on 26 May 1826.

Charlott[e] Grimmett, of Chilson, wife of Thomas Grimmett, died in 1838, and was buried at Charlbury parish church on 12 October 1838. ^{[3] [4]}
