Alexander Ritchie, later known as Alistair, was born on 28 February 1914 in the Lurgan Superintendent Registrar's District.^[1]

He married Jean C. McGee on 9 Jun 1939.^[2]

He passed away in 1996.^[3]

Alistair English Ritchie's Social Security record wrongly reports his birthplace as "Republic of Ireland", Lurgan being in Northern Ireland.^[4]
