Biography

Ann Ridgway was born to Samuel Sydney Ridgway (1821-1863) and Eliza Ledger (1822-1883) in Crooms Park, Dungog in 1845 and baptised in Dungog the same year[1].

Ann married George Wenham in 1868, the marriage registered at Port Stephens, NSW[2].

They had children[3]:

  2. WENHAM WILLIAM S 16392/1871 GEORGE ANN PORT STEPHENS
  3. WENHAM ELIZABETH ANN 17418/1873 GEORGE ANN PORT STEPHENS
  4. WENHAM EDITH 18946/1876 GEORGE ANN PORT STEPHENS
  5. WENHAM DAVID JOHN 20765/1878 GEORGE ANNA PORT STEPHENS

Ann died in 1937, her death registered in Dungog, NSW[4], and she is buried with her husband in Stroud cemetery[5].
