Cecil Charles Reen was born on 18 May 1920 ^[1] in Perth, Western Australia, to Maude Elizabeth Hill, age 23, and Matthew Charles Reen, age 28.

Cecil married Lillian May Pymont on 30 August 1946 ^[2] in Perth, Western Australia when he was 26 years old. They had two children together.

In 1954 ^[3] Cecil lived in South Perth, Western Australia with his wife Lilian and their son Trevor. He was a salesman at that time.

Cecil died on 18 February 1984 ^[4] in Maylands, Western Australia, when he was 63 years old. He was cremated and his ashes were interred in the CA section at Karrakatta Cemetery ^[5].
