Biography

Frederick was born on 11 Nov 1803. He was the son of Claude Rafarel and Mary Marks. He was baptised in Exeter, Devon on 19 October 1804, ^[1]

Frederick passed away in about the 1870's.

From 1839 Information found that suggests he ended his days at Plympton House Asylum, of unsound mind declared a lunatic. ^[2]
