Note on Identity

Susanna Putnam daughter of Isaac and Anna married Thomas Gleason at Sutton on 12 Mar 1745/1746. This is demonstrated by the will of Isaac Putnam written in 1750 (probate 3 September 1751) that includes a bequest to his daughter Susannah Gleason.[1] Susannah did not have a marriage to John Sadler; she was Susannah Putnam at the time of her marriage to Thomas Gleason.

The will of Isaac Putnam can be seen here with the bequest to daughter Susannah Gleason on p 551; https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C9YY-F3ZG-B?i=286&cat=275965

Here is the profile of Susanna Fuller Putnam who was the spouse of John Sadler: Susanna (Fuller) Sadler (1695-abt.1772)
