Biography
Peter Pulvermacher, 83, passed away peacefully on 19 August 1879 at Johnsburg, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He was born on 9 August 1796 at Anschau, Landkreis Mayen-Koblenz, Rheinland-Pfalz, Prussia, German Empire, a son of Michael Pulvermacher and Gertrude (Mertes) Pulvermacher. He married Catharina (Martini) Hymans in the Parish of Nachtsheim, Mayen, Rheinland, Germany in about 1820.
Mr. Pulvermacher was survived by: his children, Franz Pulvermacher, b. 1824; Barbara (Pulvermacher) Ebertz, b. 1826; Anna Maria (Pulvermacher) Buechel, b. 1832; and Eva (Pulvermacher) Thome, b. 1837.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Maria Pulvermacher, 1834-1864.
Peter is buried at the Saint John the Baptist Cemetery, Johnsburg, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The findagrave memorial ID is 162149526. [1]
