PULVERMACHER, Raymond “Ray“ - In loving memory of Raymond “Ray“ Pulvermacher, 81 years, who passed away Thursday, August 21st, 2008 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph Health Centre. Born in Bruno, Saskatchewan, he married Lorraine on December 28th, 1949, in Massey. They have lived in Levack for 60 years. Ray started with I.N.C.O. in 1947, he served over 37 1/2 years until his retirement. He was a past Exalted Ruler and Life Member of the Elks Club, member of the Onaping Golden Age Club and past secretary treasure of the Sudbury Area Coachman Voyageurs Trail Club. In younger days Ray was an avid baseball player, in later years he and Lorraine enjoyed curling. He always loved to go camping. He was a proud and loving husband, father, grandfather and great- grandfather. Beloved husband of Honorine “Lorraine“ (Ritchie) Pulvermacher of Levack. Loving father of Alan (Louise) of Levack, Brian (Nadia) of Sudbury, Gary (Audrey) of Medicine Hat, and Glenn (Robin) of Haileybury. Cherished grandfather of Jeffrey (Renée), Shawn (Tina), Amy (Jason), Jessy, Melissa, Raymond, Mirko, Stefano, and great-grandchildren Emily, Madison, Abigail, Evelyn, Ethan and Venessa. Dear son of Leo and Mary Pulvermacher both predeceased. Ray had 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in St. Bartholomew's Church, Levack, Monday, August 25th, 2008 at 11 am. Interment in the Maplecrest Cemetery.
