Biography
William Prowell is a part of US Black heritage.
William was born in 1910. He is the son of John Prowell and Millie Butler.
HIs brother, John H Prowell Jr was a Tuskegee airman who is believed to have crashed into the Tyrrhenian Sea in May of 1944. He continues to be listed as Missing in Action.
