Born in Paducah, Texas. Grew up in Littlefield, TX. Attended Hardin-Simmons University, graduated in 1963. Spent 2 years in US Army followed by 2 years teaching high school chemistry in Hampton, VA. Attended graduate school at VA Tech University, graduating with PhD in chemistry in 1972. Retired from Armstrong World Industries (Lancaster, PA) in 1996. Currently reside in Millersville, PA.

James Pressley
My name is James Pressley. I am basically researching my mother's family of Christian. I am certain of my grandfather James Alexander Christian (1864-1948), his father Gideon (1828-1904) and his father Thomas (1795-1846). From here it gets complicated. I am also interested in my father's side, beginning with Olen Pressley (1903-1965), son of William Amos Pressley(1855-1941)and Rosa Belle Krizan(1869-1944)
