I understand how waiting for a response from a profile manager can be agonizing. Like you I hate waiting, but in the end it is worth it. Not making duplicates and making accuracy important is great. You could always turn your waiting into something worthwhile by helping out on a project or adding categories to your existing profiles. that's what i do! Mags
