Malinda Poston was born about 1794 in Virginia, United States, daughter of Solomon Poston (<1774– ).
Malinda (25) married Robert Henry Pedigo (39) (born on August 8, 1780 in Henry, Virginia; son of Robert (Peregoy) Pedigo Sr. and Mary (Elkins) Pedigo) on February 20, 1820 in Henry Co VA. Their children were:
- John Fountain Pedigo (1824–>1880)
- Letitia Ann Pedigo (1830–1917)
Malinda died after 1870 in Henry Co VA, aged about 75.
