Eliot graduated from Kansas University in 1911 and Princeton Theological Seminary in 1915. He received his Ph.D from the University of Chicago in 1926. He was the Pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Oxford, OH. Eliot served with the American Ambulance in France and later as captain with the British Trench Mortors.
Eliot was living in Harlowton, Montana in 1920. [1] He was living in Haverford, Pennsylvania with Georgia and his nephew, Edwin Campbell in 1930. [2] He was living in Oxford Village, Ohio with Georgia in 1940. [3]
Eliot is found in the 1950 Census at age 60 living in Carlinville, IL with his wife Georgia (59) and his niece, Rayne Porter (9).[4]
Eliot had no children. He married Margaret after Georgia, died.
Eliot died in 1964 and is buried in Rockerville Cemetery, Rockerville, SD.[5]
