Leona was born in 1923. She was the daughter of Clarence Porter and Althea Whittier.

She married Marlin Cummings on Dec 28, 1940 in Maine.^[1]

She passed away in 2000^[2] and is buried in the Park Street section of the Lincoln, Cemetery.^[3]
