Birth
Hannah Pope, d. Joseph, bp. Sept. 3, 1721. C. R. 2. in Salem, Mass., at the Salem Village Church (later in Danvers) [1]

Hannah Pope and Israel Putnam were married July 19, 1739, in Salem.[2] [3]

Death & Burial
Hannah the wife of Col. Israel Putnam died Apr. 6, 1765, in Pomfret, Connecticut. [4] She is buried at the South Cemetery in Brooklyn, Connecticut.[5] She shares the stone with her daughter, Elizabeth, who died in the same year.[6]

  1. Israel Putnam was the son of Israel and Hannah. His birth was recorded in Pomfret, Connecticut, on Jan. 28, 1739/40.[7]. His baptism occurred in Salem June 8, 1740[8] It was performed at the Salem Village Congregational Church (later part of Danvers). Israel married and had children.
  2. Daniel Putnam was born 10 Mar 1741/2, in Pomfret, Connecticut s. of Israel & Hannah.Eben Putnam mistakenly called him David.[7] but it was Daniel who died Aug. 8, 1758 at age 17 and is buried in the South Cemetery in Brooklyn[9][10]
  3. Hannah, daughter of Col. Israel & Hannah was born Aug 25, 1744.[7]
  4. Elizabeth, daughter of Israel & Hannah was born Mar 20, 1747, in Pomfret.[7] She died Jan 24, 1765 in Pomfret at age 17.[4][7][11]
  5. Mehetobel, daughter of Israel & Hannah was born Oct 21, 1749, in Pomfret, Connecticut.[7] She married Daniel Tyler, Aug. 15, 1771 in Pomfret. [4]
  6. Molle, daughter of Col. Israel & Hannah was born May 10, 1753.The Putnam Genealogy called her Mary[7]. She married Samuel Waldo in Pomfret on Nov. 2, 1773.[4]
  7. Eunice, daughter of Col. Israel & Hannah was born Jan 10, 1756, in Pomfret, Connecticut.[7]
  8. Daniel Putnam, son of Col. Israel & Hannah was born Nov. 18, 1759 in Pomfret, Connecticut.[7].
  9. David Putnam son of Col. Israel & Hannah was born Oct., 19, 1761, in Pomfret, Connecticut.[7] David Putnam son of Col. Israel & Hannah died Nov 21, 1761.[4] age 1m 7 days.[9]
  10. Peter Schuyler (spelled Cayler in the vital records), s. Col. Israel & Hannah, b. Dec 31, 1764 in Pomfret, Connecticut. [7]

Pope-1192 and Pope-128 appear to represent the same person because: I don't know why this got rejected in the first place, but they are obviously the same person
