Biography
Simon Fraser was born in February 1865 in Glen Levit, New Brunswick. He was the son of Robert John Pollock and Margaret A Chalmers. He married Ellen Ann 'Nellie' Bain on 1 October 1895 in Restigouche. They raised their children in Addington, New Brunswick area. He was a farmer, a lumberman and later a guide on Restigouche salmon waters. Simon passed away in January 1936 and was buried in Flatlands Cemetery in Restigouche.
