Elizabeth was born in 1807. She was the daughter of (?) Pollock and Isabell (?). Elizabeth was the wife of William Milligan. They were married Nov. 2, 1826 in Ohio Co., Va. (pre-W. Va. statehood) She passed away in 1869.
