Charles Pollexfin was born in July 1864 in Medway, Kent, England, United Kingdom, son of Samuel John Pollexfin (1824–1889) and Catherine James (<1836–1911).^[1]

In 1871, Charles Pollexfiar (6) was a son in the household of Samuel Pollexfiar (47) in Medway registration district. ^[2]

In 1881, Charles Mitchell (16) was a son, Apprentice, in the household of his brother, John, (48) at 8 Goldstone Rd in Steyning registration district.

In 1901, Charles Mitchell (37) head of household in Camberwell registration district.

In 1911, Charles Mitchell (46), was a married head of household, Carpenter, at 13 Amott Rd, E Dulwich S E.

Charles (64) married Martha Jane Burley in St Barnabas, Dulwich, Southwark, England on 8 December 1929.^[3]

Charles died on 11 November 1940 in Camberwell, Surrey, England, aged 75.^{[4] [5]}
