William Burton Poage was born 21 Nov 1814, in Homer, Champaign County, Illinois. He was the son of Allen Poage and Margaret "Peggy" Terrell-Poage. He married Mary Ann Martha Gragg 9 May 1844, in Howard County, Missouri. He passed away 19 Mar 1894, in Spruce, Bates County, Missouri.[1][2][3][4][5]
