From page 119 of the Palmer-Trimble Genealogy: "Century-Old Woman's Request Remembered at the Funeral. Special to "The Record."

Wilmington, Del., Oct. 27, 1908.— Two hymns, selected by her for the purpose more than 50 years ago, were sung last night at the funeral of Mrs. Anna M. Pass, who died last Thursday (Oct 22), just one week after she had celebrated her one hundredth birth- day. More than 1000 persons attended the funeral and the floral tributes were so numer- ous that they filled two rooms of the house. The pall bearers were six of Mrs. Pass* grandsons. The body was taken to Lewlsville, Pa., for interment. Until a short time before her death Mrs. Pass had been remarkably healthy and retained the use of all her faculties, despite her great age."
