Biography

General Svetomir Djukic was a World War II era Serbian general and head of intelligence. The founder of the Serbian Olympic team, he was a member of the IOC and remains controversial for his WWII activities. He died in exile in Germany.

I believe this is Ilija Plemic -- Djuran was not a real name -- and that he was a Walloon (swedish ancestry) -- and we know he served in Yugoslav Royal Army.
