- PIKE—STEVENS.—On the 28th October, at the Baptist Church. Flinders-street, Adelaide, by the Rev. J. H. Sexton, George Pike, of Gumeracha, to Elizabeth Florence Puddock Stevens, daughter of Mr. Edward Stevens, Golden Grove, and grand-daughter of the late John Stevens, Hackney

- Mr, George Pike, of Chapel street, Magill, who died recently, was born at Gumeracha in 1862, and lived in Magill district for 55 years. He was well known as a shearer in the north in his early days.
