I would suggest posting a comment on the profiles of each of them and, if you don't hear from her within a week, file an Unresponsive Profile Manager (UPM) request. You can find the form at the very bottom of the FamilyTree & Tools tab on each of the profiles.
When you file the UPM, team will try to contact the PM. If they don't hear from her, they will orphan the profiles so that they can be adopted. If you want to adopt more than just your parents, be sure to let them know which profiles you are interested in. They may be able to just change PMs.
You could start adding your mother's family if you know them, then connect them when you can.

Yes I'm a direct desendent to Wm. Healy of Cambrige Mass. I did a DNA test with 23 and me but it hasn't helped me with my Pike or any other brick walls as yet.
